The Global Service Jam is a non-profit activity initiated by WorkPlayExperience.
Once a year, people interested in service design and customer experience meet all over the globe. In a spirit of experimentation, co-operation and friendly competition, teams have 48 hours to develop brand new services inspired by a shared theme.
We were invited to participate in the Global Service Jam (Mariachi Service Jam) held at the HDO’ and Tekio Headquarters.
It was a great opportunity to play and develop prototypes in a fun and collaborative way.

Experience Points reunites the stories of world travelers who share their recommendations in human meetings and virtual devices, about the most meaningful experiences they have had in places they have lived or visited.
